The Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club is pleased to be able to offer financial assistance for players who cannot cover the full equipment and team registration fees. Partial and full scholarships and equipment grants are available thanks to the generosity of our donors.

Please complete the application below. Applications for financial assistance are reviewed by the Brooklyn Crescents Lacrosse Club Board of Directors. All information will be kept confidential.
Scholarship requests must be made 2 weeks prior to the first scheduled practice of the season in which you are requesting to register for.
